At Freewave Aged Care, we make it simple to find the right mix of support for your situation — whether you’re privately funded or accessing government-subsidised Home Care Packages.
Our experienced team helps you understand what’s included at each level of care, how to maximise your funding, and what flexibility looks like as your needs evolve.
We can help you choose the type of services you need, be it the Commonwealth Home Support Program or a Home Care Package,
with a range of options available depending on your individual needs.
Services can be adjusted as your care needs change so that you have the flexibility to access what you need, when you need it.
